56 Westow is an independent restaurant in Crystal Palace recruiting full time chefs to join our team. We take influences from Spain and North Africa to create our menu and have a huge focus on homemade food & local suppliers. We make our own breads and all of our dishes in house and are one of the top rated restaurants in the area. Days: open seven days Location: City of London What we offer: A competitive salary plus a share of tronc. Salary dependent on position and experience 45-hours over five days a week contract - full time. Pay review after three months (Probation period) Extra hours paid over and above contracted hours. All salaried staff are paid on the 25th of each month (monthly).
