About the Company Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are proud to be working with a leading drinks manufacturer who are currently looking for an Electrically biased Engineer to join their team in Bathgate. About the Role The Bottling Hall Engineer (Electrical-bias) will support main Engineering operations and objectives, ensuring all work is carried out in a hygienic manner and contributing to the hygienic condition of the site. Responsibilities • Provide Engineering support to Operations as per schedules., • React promptly to breakdowns and inspection, equipment overhauls and carrying out scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance., • Actively use CMMS System., • Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery, including PLC upgrades and programme adjustments., • Drive installations including installing and updating parameter settings, HMI replacements, pumps, gearboxes, motors, valves, etc., • Installing, inspecting and repairing equipment in (ATEX/DSEAR) hazardous areas., • Maintain service records for plant and equipment, including monitoring and reporting on equipment running conditions., • Contribute to incident investigations and equipment failure root cause analysis to design out issues and improve engineering practices., • Using knowledge of plant, participate in HAZOPs, MOC, SIL Assessments etc., • Coordination with Management to ensure spare parts availability and specification, active participant in obsolescence review., • Successfully complete all necessary training (job competency, SHE and regulatory)., • Meet company targets and help drive continuous improvement in operational efficiencies and SHE., • Complete all administrative and data collection tasks as required., • Contribute to SOP development., • Provide shift/out of hours plant support as required. Qualifications • Proven background within FMCG environment., • Experience of all types of motors, pumps, conveyors, control equipment, PLC knowledge (Siemens S7-200 and 1200) sensors etc., • Experience of working as an Electrical Engineer within a COMAH or high-risk facility., • Have completed a recognised 4-year apprenticeship. Additional Skills (desired, not essential) • Working in Flammable atmospheres (ATEX/DSEAR)., • IEC61508/61511 working knowledge., • PAT testing., • Thermographic surveys., • IPAF Certificate., • COMPEX EX 01-04.

We are currently looking for Paint Technician for our client at Livingstone site.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityPlease see all of the details below.Shift: Monday to Friday / 7 am- 5 pm ( 1h break) plus 1in 4 Saturdays Salary: £19.44 Role Accountabilities: Paint preparation of the vehicle masking and prepping if required Spray painting required vehicles using water based paints Checking paint colour and preparing spray out cards to ensure a perfect match Ensuring that there are no defects on the prepared panels Working on range of vehicles from small family cars to light commercial vehicles To work within standards and processes laid down by paint and dry goods companies to ensure that a high-quality cost-effective product is produced.Supporting bodyshop team within other departments if required To check all work prior to starting to ensure that it has been repaired to the required standard.To ensure that all parts requisitions are completed accurately.To ensure all work is completed within the time allotted. xjlbheb To work efficiently to ensure, targets are met.Personal Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Paint Technician Full valid UK driving licence with the ability to drive automatic and manual cars (essential) For the insurance purpose you need to be over 21 years old and hold a driving licence for minimum 2 years (essential) Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required Excellent attention to detail
