It aims to guide clients through complex immigration procedures in a clear and practical manner, supporting them throughout the process. Role Description This is a full-time, remote position. The selected candidate will focus on providing legal advice and representation to clients on UK immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on developing well-prepared and robust strategies for visa and citizenship applications. The role may involve work across a range of immigration matters, including business and talent-based routes, sponsor licence matters, and long-term residence applications. Key Responsibilities • Advising clients on UK immigration and nationality matters, • Managing cases from initial instruction to conclusion, • Drafting applications and detailed legal representations, • Supervising case preparation carried out by immigration caseworkers, where appropriate, • Ensuring compliance with SRA rules and professional standards, • Delivering high-quality client care in both English and Turkish. Required Experience Applicants must have demonstrable experience in the following areas: • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, • 2–5 years’ PQE in UK immigration law practice, • Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken), • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, • Strong drafting, organisational, and analytical skills, • High ethical standards and attention to compliance.
