Technical Coordinator role Main objectives - Ensure compliance of developments in line with all relevant specifications and statutory requirements; Provide technical support to the construction and development teams. Prepare land registry compliant drawings for plot sales across the development as required. Ensure as-built drawings are received in line with contract requirements so as not to delay handover. Work through Section Agreements to ensure timely issuing of adoption certificates.
