The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer – Building Services Maintenance to take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of maintenance and small works contracts. This is a key operational and leadership role within the management team, responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
