Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor — Position Overview: This is a full-time role reporting to the Employment Team Partner. The Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor will work on a broad and varied caseload alongside experienced solicitors, developing their expertise across the full range of employment law with increasing autonomy. Key Responsibilities of the Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor: • Providing advisory support to clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters., • Supporting employment tribunal matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting key documents, preparing cases and progressing matters through each stage., • Preparing draft witness statements and other key legal documents under appropriate supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail., • Maintaining accurate file records, supporting billing processes and contributing to the efficient management of client matters., • Undertaking legal research and providing practical, commercially focused support., • Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy as your expertise deepens., • Contributing to the ongoing growth of the Employment team, including supporting networking and business development activities.
