The successful candidate will be involved in working on all types of commercial contracts, information law, information technology and intellectual property law and compliance matters. The team is working with exciting and leading commercial and public sector clients nationally and internationally. The organisations that the candidate will work with range across almost all industry sectors and in size from central and local government, education, financial services, energy, food and drink, charities, media, life sciences, technology, start-up to international. The type of work is broad-ranging, stimulating and often innovative. We are also members of strong international legal networks and work closely with firms across the world. • Involved in areas such as:, • ICT procurement, outsourcing, managed services, cloud / SaaS, e-commerce, data protection compliance, data sharing, data processing, data transfers and information security, AI, freedom of information, • IP protection and commercialisation, including licensing and transfers.
