Key Responsibilities • Visit both store locations before opening hours to prepare fresh sandwiches daily during the initial phase, • Develop 6–7 strong sandwich recipes suitable for a busy coffee shop environment, • Source and recommend quality ingredients and suppliers with good cost efficiency, • Create standardised recipes, portions, and product codes, • Set up preparation methods and workflow for consistency and speed, • Train our baristas and team members to produce the sandwiches to the same standard, • Help optimise food cost, shelf life, and waste control Requirements • Proven experience as a sandwich chef, café chef, or food development chef, • Experience with menu development and recipe standardisation, • Good knowledge of ingredient sourcing and cost control, • Ability to organise and document preparation processes, • Comfortable training non-chef staff, • Reliable, practical, and quality-focused Role Type Project-based or short-term contract with potential for ongoing collaboration.
