Operations Supervisor Collectibles Location: Ruislip Middlesex UK Reports To: Manager eBay Employment Type: Full-time Contracted Position through an Employer of Record (EOR) Compensation: The salary for this position is 42000 GBP. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level experience and skill set. Role Overview The Operations Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for managing staff and ensuring all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The core purpose is to build and lead a high-performing authentication team that consistently delivers accurate authentication results whilst creating an environment where team members develop their expertise and take pride in getting it right for every collector. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports and TCG) be an expert in Collectors authentication and grading standards and will add experience and depth to our authentication team through both their expertise in the content and their training and leadership skills. In this role you will champion Collector Obsession by ensuring every item receives the attention and accuracy it deserves understanding that our customers trust us with their most prised possessions.
