Job Description: Steel Fixer Foreman We are seeking an experienced and skilled Steel Fixer Foreman to lead our team and ensure the successful execution of steel fixing tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans to oversee steel fixing activities. • Supervise and manage a team of steel fixers to ensure high-quality work and efficient progress. • Coordinate with other site supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines. • Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site. • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Requirements: • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide a team effectively. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fixing or a related role (preferred but not essential). • A solid understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
