Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the takeaway shop
Supervise team members to ensure customer service standards
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage inventory effectively
Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
Prepare staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
Monitor sales, manage budgets, and help implement promotional strategies to increase revenue
Perform regular quality checks on food preparation and service
Oversee cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation
