What We’re Looking For • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)., • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager., • Excellent understanding of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding., • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills., • A hands-on, positive approach and genuine passion for early years education.
