Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with a strength in Literacy and Numeracy? Do you want to make a real difference in secondary education by supporting students who need an extra boost to succeed? We are currently seeking a dedicated teacher to support students who are not yet Secondary-ready in English and Maths. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build the core skills and confidence they need to access the wider curriculum and thrive in their education. The Role: • Deliver engaging Literacy and Numeracy interventions to small groups of students, • Support pupils working below expected levels to close attainment gaps, • Build strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematical understanding, • Help students reach the required levels to progress successfully through Secondary school, • Work collaboratively with school staff to track progress and tailor support What We're Looking For: • Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent), • Strong experience in teaching English and Maths, • A nurturing, adaptable approach to learning, • Confidence in working with small groups and differentiated learning needs, • A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to education Please submit your CV with a brief covering note or for further information, please contact Rob.
