The Systems Engineering team: The Asset Management organisation within BAE Systems Maritime & Land Defence Solutions operates a Service Hub model. Service Hubs are responsible for providing appropriately trained and experienced personnel, standardised toolsets, processes and datasets to support projects. The Warship Technical Authority Service Hub covers the engineering discipline. We support the Royal Navy’s Type 45 Destroyers, Type 23 Frigates, Queen Elizabeth Class Carriers, Minehunters and Off-Shore Patrol Vessels in the UK. Additionally, we provide engineering expertise to International Naval Support contracts in the Middle East. Further we deliver Internal and external engineering consultancy projects with our multi discipline engineering hubs, ranging from Systems Engineering, Combat Systems, Power and Propulsion Systems, and Naval Architects. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk and needs assessments would be beneficial. You will need: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
