Key Responsibilities Operate and run CMM inspections using: LK Altera 15.10.8 Camio (2022) Focus (2021) Execute pre-written CMM programs and perform dimensional inspections Interpret and inspect components in line with engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Produce and review inspection reports Identify and manage non-conformances Support root cause investigations and corrective actions Assist with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) Ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality standards Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Required Experience & Skills Experience operating bridge-type CMM machines (LK experience desirable) Working knowledge of Camio or similar CMM software Strong understanding of GD&T Experience inspecting precision machined components Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace engineering drawings Experience within an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment Good understanding of quality processes and non-conformance management Desirable Some experience with CMM programming (not essential) Knowledge of AS9100 standards Experience with FAIR documentation Exposure to chemically etched or SMW components Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and methodical Confident working in a regulated aerospace environment Able to work independently running inspection processes Strong communication skills across production and engineering teams TPBN1_UKTJ
