Location: Lympne, Kent (hybrid after 6 months) Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE A civils contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction business delivering projects across the construction, rail, and civils sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team, supporting the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders across a range of building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing tender documentation, pricing works, and supporting bid submissions from initial enquiry through to final submission. You will be responsible for producing detailed cost estimates, engaging with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring all submissions are commercially robust and aligned with client requirements.
