From £13.00 per hour + weekend enhancement + mileage allowance + travel contribution Flexible Bank / Part-Time Hours Available The Role: This role focuses mainly on companionship and wellbeing support for older adults and individuals who may feel isolated or require reassurance and practical support at home. Duties may include: • Providing companionship and emotional support, • Supporting with shopping and errands, • Assisting with meal preparation and hydration, • Accompanying individuals to appointments or outings, • Providing wellbeing and reassurance visits, • Supporting social engagement and independence, • Light domestic support, • Maintaining accurate visit records, • Reporting concerns or changes in wellbeing, • Following safeguarding, confidentiality and Company procedures At this stage, the role does not involve personal care. An 8 hour shift is worked within these hours which includes a 1 hour break. We are looking for reliable, nurturing, enthusiastic Childcare Practitioners Level 2 or 3 to work for us full time or 2/3 days a week. Starting salary; £27727 pa + 3% pension contribution. Level 2 (pro rata if part time) Starting salary; £28339 pa + 3% pension contribution. Level 3 (pro rata if part time) Annual leave; 22 days + 8 Bank holidays (Pro rata if part time), when the nursery is closed. We also close for 2 days a year for staff training.
