The Chief Instructor Training Support (CI-TS) serves as the lead authority for shore-based training delivery, training management, and assurance/compliance within JSASTC. The CI-TS ensures that all courses and training delivery align with the Defence Systems Approach to Training and meet the standards outlined in the Training Quality Manual. In addition to this primary role, the CI-TS also provides sail training delivery in support of JSASTCs broader training objectives. We are looking for an experienced, qualified and people focused Workshop and Engineering Manager (WEM) to join our management team, primarily responsible for maintaining the facilities, people and equipment tasked to sustain our Gosport based MOD Sail Training Craft. The position is a critical part of the JSASTC Safety Management System (SMS) for Equipment Care (EC) as it assures the safety of the core training fleet for delivery of Adventure Training (AT).
