Key Requirements • Minimum Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical), • CSCS or ECS card, • Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Plumbing & Heating), or Multi-Skilled Engineering, • Experience in a healthcare, FM, or compliance-driven environment preferredRole & Responsibilities, • Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with flexibility required to support operational needs (including early starts or late finishes around theatre schedules), • Occasional weekend work to support reactive repairs or capital projects (paid as overtime or taken as time in lieu), • Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks) covering multiple sites, • £135 per week on-call allowance, plus payment for call-outs, • Responsibility for hospital compliance, xrnqpay planning reactive repairs, and overseeing on-site contractors for servicing and breakdowns, • Acting as a point of escalation for engineering issues and supporting junior engineers where required
