Support Data Centre service improvement and major infrastructure projects (e.g., power outages/replacements). Perform basic server configuration (IDRAC, ILO) and fault finding. Manage racking, stacking, moves, changes, and patching. Manage complex inter-rack/room cable infrastructure to provide a stable platform for IT connectivity. What we’re looking for: Experience: Proven background in a similar role within high-risk environments or Data Centres. Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of infrastructure technologies and networking concepts. Tools: Experience with DCIM tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy (desirable).
