Account Manager Opportunities (Junior & Senior) Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office) £30,000–£35,000 (Junior) | £45,000–£55,000 (Senior) + quarterly bonus Ticketing | Events | Marketplace / SaaS The Opportunity A fast-growing events technology business is hiring two Account Managers (Junior & Senior) to support its next stage of growth. The company operates a ticketing platform used across sports, music, hospitality, and live events - bringing together ticket supply from multiple sources into one place. They’ve already generated £25m+ revenue in their first full year and are on track to double again, with ambitious growth plans over the next few years. What’s on Offer • Competitive salary (depending on level), • Quarterly bonus (5%), • Free/discounted tickets to major events, • Social, high-energy team with regular socials, • High level of ownership and autonomy, • Clear progression as the business scales The Roles Junior Account Manager (£30–35k) • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, • Focus on driving revenue through upsell and account expansion, • Work closely with a range of clients across events, sports, and hospitality, • Ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience and strong commercial potential, • Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of high-value accounts, • Build structured account plans and identify growth opportunities, • Lead commercial conversations, including pricing and payment terms, • Act as a senior voice in the team, helping shape processes and strategy, • Ideal for someone experienced, commercially sharp, and able to hit the ground running What They’re Looking For Across both roles, they want people who are: • Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth, • Proactive and confident in client conversations, • Comfortable handling difficult conversations and pushing back when needed, • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, • Keen to be in the office and part of a social, energetic team Additional strengths (nice to have): • Experience in ticketing, events, hospitality, or marketplaces, • Background in SaaS or platform businesses, • Multilingual (Spanish / Italian especially useful for junior role) If you’re looking for something fast-paced, commercial, and different from the usual corporate setup, this is a great opportunity.
