IT Infrastructure Project Manager Location: UK Wide (Various UK Offices) Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + 6k Car Allowance UK Travel: Accommodation provided * The ideal person will have completed IT Infrastructure/cabling fitouts for Greenfield, Whitespace large scale construction building projects* Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary interface between the business and clients, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction across all office, trading floor, and data center fit-out projects., • Take ownership of the commercial and operational performance across multiple Managed Services and fit-out accounts., • Ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets, expenses, and financial reports to support payroll and reporting deadlines., • Produce accurate internal and client-facing financial reports and forecasts., • Plan and coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and resource allocation in line with agreed project timelines., • Manage delivery teams of 40+ staff across multiple client sites, including contractors, third-party service providers, and specialist trades., • Support the Sales team with RFP responses, client presentations, and development of new business opportunities., • Monitor and manage project risks, contractual obligations, and service transitions (inward and outward)., • Maintain all documentation to meet internal governance, client requirements, and regulatory compliance., • Lead or support special projects, promoting collaboration across departments and service lines., • Ensure Health & Safety and Quality Assurance compliance across all worksites and deliverables. What We’re Looking For: • Significant experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management for office, trading floor, and data center fit-outs., • Proven track record managing multimillion-pound construction and technology infrastructure projects., • Strong background in telecommunications infrastructure, including structured cabling (UTP, FTP, Fibre) and network equipment installation., • Experience leading large multi-disciplinary technical teams and managing third-party suppliers., • Expert-level understanding of structured cabling standards, M&E coordination, and project delivery lifecycles., • Proficiency in MS Office applications, project management tools, and ITSM/Asset Management systems., • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail., • Ability to handle multiple priorities, mentor staff, and drive performance across diverse project teams., • Flexibility to travel and work onsite at client premises as required., • ITIL® certification (desirable but not essential).
