Business Development Manager – Oxfordshire £37,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55K–£60K) Local Territory | Face-to-Face Sales | SME-Focused Do you love getting out and meeting people, building trust face-to-face, and making things happen? This role puts you right at the heart of Oxfordshire’s independent business community - where every conversation is a chance to make a difference. Our client is a fast-growth UK business (part of a £1.25bn group) already working with 130,000+ SME sites nationwide. They supply essential services to small businesses — from energy and water to card payments and EV charging. Now, they’re looking for a Relationship Manager to take ownership of Oxford, building strong relationships with local SMEs and becoming their go-to advisor. What you’ll be doing • Visiting independent businesses across Oxford daily — from high street shops to salons, cafés, pubs, and trades, • Building trust with owners and uncovering what really matters to them, • Mixing warm leads with your own self-sourced opportunities, • Managing your diary, reporting activity, and driving results with full CRM support Who you are • Proven B2B field sales professional (2+ years face-to-face experience), • Confident, approachable, and commercially sharp, • Target-driven but relationship-focused, • Based in Oxford or nearby with easy access to the city daily What’s on offer • £37K base + £5K car allowance, • Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £55K–£60K in year one, • Private healthcare, pension, training, and career progression, • A role where no two days are the same, and your patch is truly yours To apply, please email a copy of your CV to Darren Dewrance of Aaron Wallis
