We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our commercial organisation in driving sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and incentive performance. The Role As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will provide operational and analytical support to the sales function to ensure optimal execution of commercial strategies and achievement of growth objectives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and incentive management. This is a specialist-level individual contributor role with responsibility for managing assigned projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales function, including preparation of sales forecasts, expense forecasts, budgets, and quotas, • Coordinate sales meetings and support commercial planning processes, • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, • Develop and manage territorial sales quotas aligned with profit and growth plans, • Maintain and optimise online sales and marketing systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, • Act as liaison with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, • Train and support sales, marketing managers, and field teams in accessing and interpreting sales data, • Prepare and manage commission and incentive budgets for assigned districts or regions, • Perform detailed sales incentive calculations and validation, • Administer field sales forecasting systems and provide management with accurate sales potential insights, • Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency About the Role • Established and productive individual contributor, • Works independently with general supervision on moderately complex assignments, • Contributes to project milestones and cross-functional initiatives, • Identifies opportunities to improve systems and processes, • May provide guidance to entry-level professionals About You • University Degree required, • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (or advanced degree with no experience required), • Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to interpret sales data, • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, • Experience working with sales reporting tools, CRM systems, or forecasting platforms, • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
