    Part-Time Personal Assistant (PA) – Two Positions Companies: Sure Success Learning & Active Minds Positions Available: 2 Employment Type: Part-Time Sector: Education, Tuition & Children’s Enrichment DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS required About the Role Sure Success Learning and Active Minds are growing education and enrichment providers delivering tuition, after-school clubs, holiday programmes and educational activities for children. As we continue to grow, we are looking for two highly organised, proactive and dependable Part-Time Personal Assistants to support the day-to-day running and development of our organisations. This is a hands-on role for individuals who can take ownership, anticipate what needs to be done, make sensible decisions, solve problems and confidently move things forward rather than waiting to be given instructions. As the role involves regular interaction with schools, parents, staff and external partners, candidates must also be presentable, professional and confident in representing our organisations. Key Responsibilities • Support the day-to-day administration and operations of Sure Success Learning and Active Minds., • Manage emails, enquiries, bookings and general administration., • Communicate professionally with parents, schools, staff, tutors and external partners., • Maintain accurate records, registers, spreadsheets and internal systems., • Coordinate staff, schedules, meetings and operational requirements., • Follow up outstanding actions without needing to be reminded., • Help organise tuition, after-school clubs, holiday programmes and other provision., • Prepare documents, correspondence, invoices and other business materials., • Identify problems early and take initiative to find practical solutions., • Support new school partnerships, programmes and business growth opportunities., • Represent the organisations professionally during meetings, school visits and interactions with parents and partners., • Keep management informed of important matters while independently handling routine issues., • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Essential Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English., • Strong organisational and time-management skills., • Smart, presentable and professional appearance and manner., • Confident and professional interpersonal skills., • Confident using email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and spreadsheets., • Strong administrative and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload., • Professional approach when dealing with children, parents and schools., • Enhanced DBS clearance is required due to the nature of our work with children. Experience within education, tuition, childcare, schools, administration or business operations would be beneficial. However, attitude, initiative, professionalism, reliability and the ability to take ownership are particularly important to us. What Success Looks Like We want PAs who can be given a task, responsibility or problem and be trusted to understand what needs to happen, organise the necessary people or information, make appropriate decisions and see it through to completion. These are part-time positions, but we are looking for individuals who want to become an important part of the organisations and grow alongside Sure Success Learning and Active Minds as we continue to expand.

Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a talented fundraiser who can help us build strong supporter relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure our vital work reaches even more people. About the Role Working closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager and CEO, you will play a key role in developing and delivering fundraising activities that generate sustainable income and increase awareness of CAAS. This varied and rewarding role will include: • Developing and delivering community fundraising initiatives and events, • Recruiting and supporting individual and community fundraisers, • Building relationships with donors, schools, community groups and corporate partners, • Researching and developing new fundraising opportunities, • Supporting trust and grant applications, • Helping to grow digital and social media fundraising campaigns, • Maintaining fundraising records and supporter data using our CRM, • Representing CAAS at events, presentations and community engagements You will also act as an ambassador for the charity, delivering excellent supporter care and helping donors understand the impact of their contributions. About You We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising activities. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people. We are looking for dedicated and patient gaming staff who have experience with driving a van and can confidently drive around London roads with our new party van. Individuals who have experience in dealing with gaming consoles such as Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and PC’s will be an added bonus as our team are dedicated in creating the best gaming experience ever. The Role We would require someone that is passionate about gaming, who is confident and friendly with customers and has a full clean driving license that is available immediately and lives local to Greenford, West London area. You will be travelling on one of our buses to client’s houses and venues to carry out the parties. Parties are booked around London and surrounding areas within the M25 border. At the parties, you will be required to supervise the party and help players throughout their party. You must be friendly, professional, outgoing and have a good relationship with clients to help grow our fun, friendly brand.
