OPPORTUNITY 1 Senior Building Surveyor Responsibilities Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic building surveyor, preferably chartered or near chartered (but not essential), with experience covering (some or all the following duties; project management/contract administration (essential), building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports. Experience in both residential and commercial, and a positive proactive approach, will ensure you will be able to hit the ground running. The ambition and strategy are for the ideal candidate to ultimately manage, mentor and grow a team under their supervision. Local knowledge and experience of the Essex market will be essential, as will a hunger to generate new business at the same time as providing a personal service to our existing client base, which includes Property Companies, Institutions, Charities and high net worth individuals.
