SEN Learning Support Assistant (KS2) Some children need a little extra support to shine. Others need someone calm, encouraging, and switched on beside them while they tackle the national curriculum. That’s where you come in. A welcoming primary school in Romford is looking for a confident and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a small group of KS2 pupils within the mainstream classroom. These pupils are bright, capable, and working at age-related expectations, but they need help staying engaged, managing behaviour, and accessing learning throughout the school day. This isn’t a role where you’ll be tucked away in a separate provision. You’ll be right in the heart of the classroom, helping pupils stay focused, build confidence, and enjoy learning alongside their peers. Think of yourself as the steady hand that keeps the day moving smoothly.
