What You’ll Do • Deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective, and buildable civil designs across water and wastewater projects., • Lead projects, mentor teams, and influence design strategy as you progress., • Coordinate across disciplines to produce integrated engineering solutions., • Contribute to bids, proposals, and feasibility studies with technical expertise., • Shape design standards, procedures, and best practices., • Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all stages of delivery., • Engage with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Who We’re Looking For • Civil engineers at any career stage from Design Engineer to Technical Director., • Relevant experience in water or wastewater civil design., • For senior/lead roles: proven project leadership and team mentoring experience., • Chartered or working towards chartership in a relevant engineering institution., • Strong technical knowledge across civil design and understanding of multidisciplinary project interfaces., • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills., • Full UK driving licence. Desirable: • Engineering degree or Master’s qualification., • Previous experience in technical leadership or strategic design roles in water/wastewater.
