What Youll Do As a Mobile Service Engineer, youll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally. Youll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption. Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals. Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures. Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team. Promoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards. Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required. Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems. What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 1 years experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet. Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively. Contract Type: Permanent Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CCTV Rig Lead / CCTV Rig Manager to join a specialist drainage contractor operating across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for an experienced CCTV Drainage Surveyor who is happy with regular night shifts and working away from home . You will take full responsibility for a drainage survey vehicle and lead a small on-site crew, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role will require working away roughly 90% of the time and working night shift 80% of the time.
