Implementation Service Lead\nHybrid role with UK travel\n37.5 hours per week\nAt Voyage Care, we support people to live life their way. Behind every great service is a strong support function — and that’s where you come in.\nWe’re looking for an Implementation Service Lead to help us deliver meaningful, positive change across our services as we introduce a new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system. This is a rewarding, people‑focused role where your work will directly support our colleagues who provide care and support every day.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs an Implementation Service Lead, you’ll work closely with services and key stakeholders to make sure they feel supported, listened to and confident throughout the implementation journey.\nReporting to the Implementation Manager and working alongside the wider project team, you’ll be the friendly, visible face of change — spending time in services, building relationships, delivering training and helping teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it supports the people we care for.\nThis is a hands‑on role that involves regular travel across the UK, including overnight stays and some out‑of‑hours work to support our 24/7 services.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n\nSupporting services through the design, testing, rollout and adoption of new systems\nActing as the main point of contact for services during implementation and go‑live\nDelivering engaging workshops and training sessions, adapting to different learning styles\nBuilding trusted relationships with operational teams and stakeholders\nSupporting data preparation, system access and user profile creation\nIdentifying risks, challenges and training needs, escalating where needed\nBecoming a Subject Matter Expert for the systems and processes being introduced\nWorking to agreed implementation and project plans to ensure timely delivery\nCapturing feedback to support continuous improvement\nLiaising with IT and project teams to resolve local issues\nProviding one‑to‑one support to colleagues during and after implementation\nSupporting multiple implementation projects at the same time when requiredYou’ll typically spend 3–5 days onsite at services during implementation periods, offering practical, reassuring support.\nWho we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is approachable, adaptable and positive, with the confidence to work with a wide range of colleagues and the patience to support people through change.\nYou’ll need:\n\nA full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the UK\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders\nExperience supporting new system rollouts, ideally within social care\nStrong communication skills and confidence training large groups\nGood IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Visio, etc.)\nExcellent organisation, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills\nThe ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlinesIt’s a bonus if you have:\n\nExperience of large‑scale digital or system implementations\nProject management knowledge (Agile or PRINCE2)\nExperience working in health or social care\nA degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience\nWhy work for Voyage Care?\nAt Voyage Care, we believe that supporting our colleagues is just as important as supporting the people we care for.
