We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare team. Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development., • Support children’s learning through personalised care and tailored educational strategies., • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and independence., • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform future planning and reporting., • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork., • Manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play sessions efficiently., • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all children in your care., • Contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement by participating in team meetings and professional development activities. Experience: We are looking for candidates with practical experience in a nursery or pre-school setting, including: • Working effectively as part of a nursery team., • Practical knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)., • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities., • Observing and assessing children's development., • Writing learning journeys or progress reports., • Supporting school readiness., • Key person experience., • Working closely with parents.
