What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Experience working with young people in a residential or support setting (preferred but not essential). 🔹 A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach. 🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 🔹 Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation surrounding young people in care. 🔹 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 🔹 A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care) is desirable.
