We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC), communication differences, SEMH, learning disabilities, sensory processing needs and developmental delay. What You’ll Be Doing • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, following individual learning plans., • Using strategies such as visual supports, sensory regulation tools, communication aids (PECS/ AAC) and consistent routines., • Working collaboratively with Teachers, Therapists, SENCOs, Behaviour Specialists, and Family Support Teams., • Providing emotional reassurance, promoting wellbeing, and helping pupils develop independence., • Assisting with daily routines, engagement in the classroom, outdoor learning, and community-based activities.
