About this Role We are looking for a National Sales Manager to play a leading part in shaping and driving the future of our newly established Dawsongroup Energy Solutions business. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have the autonomy to build a strong customer base, develop our product portfolio, and deliver ambitious growth plans. • Lead sales growth and achieve agreed revenue targets, • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, • Develop business plans, growth strategies and marketing activity, • Refine the supply chain and evolve the product offering to stay ahead of the market, • Promoting the services of other Dawsongroup businesses raising intercompany leads as appropriate You are a confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in a role where you can influence, build, and grow.
