We’re looking for a confident, persuasive, and resilient salesperson. Someone who thrives on winning new accounts and building strong relationships with hospitality decision-makers. Tasks – What You’ll Be Doing • Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory., • Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators., • Delivering high‑impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations., • Building relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams., • Managing your diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity., • Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts., • Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Requirements – What We’re Looking For • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience is a bonus, not essential)., • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the confidence to win business independently., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Highly self‑motivated, organised, and target-driven., • Ability to analyse performance metrics and shape a local sales strategy., • Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
