Category Sales Development Manager – Gillette As part of an exciting expansion, join Field Sales Solutions, an award‑winning field marketing agency, in partnership with Procter & Gamble. We’re looking for a motivated, articulate individual to drive sales and deliver outstanding in‑store execution for Gillette. Location: CREWE / NANTWICH (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4, CH7, CH65, CW1, CW5, CW7, CW9, CW12, LL11, LL13, LL18, SK10, ST1, ST3, ST4, ST5, ST6, WA6 ) What you’ll do: • Execute Gillette’s field sales strategy across your territory, • Ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliant fixtures, • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, • Use EPOS data to identify opportunities and resolve issues, • Conduct business reviews to drive category growth, • Strong organisation and communication skills, • Experience in grocery or high‑street retail and category management, • Ability to negotiate, influence, and develop sales opportunities, • £28,000 salary + up to 15% bonus, • Company car & fuel card, • Best‑in‑class training through our in‑house academy, • Career development opportunities, • Incentive programmes Field Sales Solutions is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
