Your role Youll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality training across a range of operational roles including VTS (Vessel Traffic Services), LPS (Local Port Services), and Dockmasters. Youll ensure that training frameworks meet industry standards and marine regulationsbuilding capability, consistency, and compliance across the Group. What you'll bring Youll have: Proven experience in training delivery, ideally in an operational or safety-critical environment. Evidence of ongoing professional development. Experience in auditing and compliance activities. Ideally, marine background. Formal qualifications are not essentialyour enthusiasm, experience, and commitment are what matter most. Who are we?
