The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead this high-needs mental health supported living service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Registered Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will oversee service quality, lead a committed team, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure every individual receives safe, responsive and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities • Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a supportive, inclusive, person-centred culture., • Ensure the service operates in line with CQC standards, delivering safe, effective and well-led support., • Oversee personalised support planning with a focus on recovery, independence, and strengths-based approaches., • Maintain robust safeguarding, governance, incident management and risk frameworks., • Monitor and manage staffing, resources, budgets and occupancy effectively., • Build positive working relationships with service users, families, MDTs, local authorities and external partners., • Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice across all areas of service delivery. Person Specification • Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Registered Manager seeking career progression, ideally within supported living, mental health, or complex-care settings., • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a similar service., • Strong understanding of mental health recovery models and complex support needs., • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills., • Ability to develop staff, deliver supervision, manage performance and maintain high standards., • Confident in financial oversight, resource management and service development., • Committed to high-quality, person-centred care and continuous improvement.
