We are currently expanding our team and are seeking passionate Healthcare Support Workers and Part-Time Administrative Staff to join us in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Our services support individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, and Complex Health conditions, empowering them to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible within the community. The Roles Healthcare Support Workers (Permanent & Fixed-Term Positions Available) You will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs. This includes promoting independence, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Part-Time Administrative Staff (2 Positions Available) Role 1: 4 hours per day Role 2: 3.5 hours per day You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our services, including record keeping, communication, scheduling, and compliance support. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to service users Support individuals with daily living activities and community engagement Maintain accurate records and documentation Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider team For admin roles: manage documentation, communication, and general office tasks efficiently Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health and social care setting NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care Experience working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, or Complex Needs Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach Desirable (Advantageous) Training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle Ability to work flexibly, including shifts if required Location Requirement Applicants must be based in Stoke-on-Trent or willing to relocate.
