Family Driver Position — Manhattan & New Jersey
A private family of six is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and safety-focused Family Driver to support their day-to-day transportation needs. This role involves driving the children to and from school, activities, sports practices, and games, as well as transporting family members as needed.
Schedule

• 35–40 hours per week
• Days required: Monday–Thursday and Saturday
• Days off: Friday and Sunday
• Flexibility is preferred to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments or special events.
  Primary Responsibilities
• Safely transport children to/from school, after-school programs, lessons, and sports activities.
• Drive family members between their Manhattan and New Jersey residences as needed.
• Ensure punctuality for all drop-offs, pick-ups, and scheduled commitments.
• Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, road closures, and the most efficient routes.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and fueled (if using the family vehicle).
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules, delays, changes, and daily updates.
• Assist with occasional errands or family-related driving tasks.
  Vehicle Requirements
• Candidate must either:
• Use their own safe, reliable, well-maintained vehicle, or
• Be able to retrieve the family’s vehicle in New Jersey each day for use during the workday.
• Clean driving record required.
• Familiarity with Manhattan, the outer boroughs, and New Jersey roadways is highly preferred.
