Role Overview The Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day operations and execution of alchemy.’s retail locations. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, blending inventory support, back-of-house organization, and on-floor execution to ensure the store runs smoothly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Support • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures as scheduled, • Support smooth store operations during assigned shifts, • Maintain organization and cleanliness of back-of-house areas, • Support compliance with mall policies and operating standards, • Proactively flag operational issues or supply needs Inventory & Stock Support • Receive, unpack, tag, and organize incoming inventory, • Assist with restocking the sales floor and visual resets, • Support weekly cycle counts and inventory checks, • Flag low-stock items or discrepancies to leadership, • Assist with transfers between locations as needed Sales & Floor Support • Support sales associates during peak periods, • Provide elevated customer service when on the floor, • Ensure products are properly merchandised and priced, • Help maintain overall brand presentation and store standards Communication & Execution • Communicate operational updates clearly and professionally, • Follow established SOPs and escalation processes, • Assist with basic operational reporting as directed, • Support scheduling coordination when needed Qualifications • 1+ year of retail, operations, or inventory experience preferred, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, • Clear written and verbal communication skills, • Availability for weekends and peak retail periods
