Job DescriptionPackaging Line Worker (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Play a key role in keeping high‑quality pharmaceutical products moving from the line to the market. We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Line Worker to support and coordinate daily packaging operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role blends hands‑on production work with line leadership, documentation, and quality oversight. You’ll help ensure each batch is packaged accurately, safely, and in full compliance with GMP standards. What You’ll Do • Start up and release packaging lines, • Guide and assign tasks to packaging staff to keep production running smoothly., • Monitor line operations for correct weights, lot numbers, expiration dates, product scans, and label accuracy., • Calculate and record tare weights and complete required filling and batch documentation., • Review batch records for accuracy and prepare paperwork for upcoming production runs., • Set up, oversee, and document cleaning and filling validation batches., • Manage labels and packaging components, ensuring counts match pick lists and reports., • Process unused labels and materials according to established procedures., • Print pallet tickets, quarantine tags, and maintain electronic and manual production records., • Perform SAP transactions (e.g., Return to Stock) using scanning devices., • Perform line clearances, document returns, and update line status logs., • Calibrate scales and checkweighers daily or when equipment is moved., • Inspect cleaned equipment and track daily throughput, changeovers, and labor usage., • Partner with Quality Assurance, production management, and mechanics to resolve issues., • Support training and onboarding for new team members.What You Bring, • Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated production environments., • Working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, batching, packaging, bottling, and quality checks., • Ability to function as a line lead, supporting operators while maintaining production and quality standards., • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and compliance., • Comfortable using scanning devices, production systems, and SAP transactions.Preferred Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED., • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical production experience., • Bilingual in Spanish and English.Work Schedule & Environment, • Training period: 1st shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for approximately 4 weeks., • Post‑training shifts:, • 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:45 p.m., • 3rd shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:15 a.m., • (Shift assignment based on operational needs.), • Rotating holiday coverage required., • Includes a 45‑minute lunch and two 15‑minute breaks.
