Job Description Overview We’re partnering confidentially with a growing precision manufacturer in Southeastern Wisconsin to identify a CNC Machine Operator to join their machining team. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to manufacture close-tolerance precision components in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule Full-Time Custom part-time schedules may be available for qualified machinists. Shift Options 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM 2nd shift premium available Typical schedules may include: • Monday–Thursday, • Tuesday–Friday Overtime opportunities available depending on production demand.
