Position Overview: As a Family Medicine Physician at Vanguard Medical Group, your role goes beyond diagnosing and treating medical conditions. You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care, promoting preventive health measures, and positively impacting the community's overall wellness. Hours: Full-time Responsibilities: • Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury., • Diagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions., • Patient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports., • Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed., • Effective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care., • Health Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being., • Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care., • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: • Possess board certification in Family Medicine., • Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey., • Minimum 2 years experience in family medicine or primary care preferred., • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives., • Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
