Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Hybrid Opportunity in Sacramento, CA Step into a flexible hybrid role that blends outpatient care with telemedicine while offering consistency, variety, and work-life balance. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys both in-person patient interaction and remote care delivery. You'll play a key role in expanding access to primary care across a growing network in the Sacramento region through a mix of clinic coverage and telehealth support.
