SUMMARY JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Material Control: 1. Responsible for processing Material Review Board (MRB) cases and Material Requisitions (MR), including verifying inventory availability, initiating purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, ensure uninterrupted material flow to the production line, 2. Verify Production order match Engineer Purchase BOM release, 4. Release PR for new projects. Troubleshoot data issues and ensure PR accuracy, PR/PO qty should cover the full requirement, 6. Coordinate with procurement (US & China) for BOM materials delivery status and ETA, 7. Add and updated materials in project work order if BOM updated., 8. Compile Incoming Material Analysis from various sources for planning and reporting Material auditing: 1. Submit report to Supply chain manager and cost accounting within 1 week after a batch of project move to the next station, 2. Follow up with engineer/ planning/MC/warehouse to close the discrepancy for closing the production orders, 3. Provide summary and report to management on the issues during auditing and articulate suggestions and solutions to management for continuous improvements Warehouse auditing: 1. Auditing warehouse inventory monthly, 5% of the total SKU and report the results by last Friday of each month to management team Material maintenance: 1. Maintain BOM new SAP's Plant view, purchasing view, accounting view and MRP view, 2. Maintain Finished Goods and Semi-finished goods with completed views, 3. Maintain ECN/MR/MRB/Rework new SAP's completed views, 4. Maintain the material summary sheet. Teamwork: 5. Help team member for projects backup person when team shortage of manpower. 6. Help do training for material auditing and maintenance if new employee need.
