Job Description Automotive Admin / Deal Coordinator Right Choice Motors – Springfield, MO Full-Time | In Person | Performance-Based Compensation Typical Earnings: $3,000–$6,500+ per month Right Choice Motors is hiring a dependable, highly organized Automotive Admin / Deal Coordinator to take ownership of the administrative side of our dealership. This person will help keep deals buttoned up, titles moving, customers followed up with, appointments confirmed, payroll information organized, and daily dealership operations from falling through the cracks. This is not a traditional desk job where you simply complete assigned tasks and wait for the next one. We run a lean operation. You are expected to recognize what needs attention, follow through, and make sure things actually get completed. Compensation Our primary compensation structure is simple: $200 per qualifying completed and verified vehicle deal. We typically sell approximately 15–30 vehicles per month, which creates the following earning potential: • 15 completed deals = $3,000, • 20 completed deals = $4,000, • 25 completed deals = $5,000, • 30 completed deals = $6,000 A qualifying completed deal means the administrative side has been properly reviewed and controlled. Paperwork is complete, required documents are accounted for, title/lien requirements are handled or properly initiated, the DMS is updated, and anything outstanding is clearly documented and being followed through. The purpose is simple: every deal needs someone responsible for making sure it actually gets finished. Additional Performance Pay Up to $500 monthly Operations Bonus for keeping assigned administrative responsibilities current and clean, including titles, payroll preparation, CRM follow-up, appointments, filing, and other assigned operational tasks. 10% of qualifying service gross profit from previous or existing customers you personally follow up with and help bring through completed paid service. Additional clearly defined performance incentives may be added as responsibilities grow. What You'll Do • Review sold deals for complete and accurate paperwork, • Catch missing documents, signatures, stipulations, and open requirements, • Track titles, liens, lien releases, duplicate titles, and outstanding title issues, • Scan, upload, file, and maintain accurate dealership records, • Maintain DealerCenter/DMS information and deal status, • Follow up with customers for missing documents and next steps, • Greet customers and help direct dealership traffic, • Confirm appointments and assist with customer follow-up, • Help monitor CRM activity so customers and opportunities are not forgotten, • Assist with service follow-up and customer communication, • Organize employee hours, commissions, bonuses, and payroll information for review, • Help with basic dealership marketing and social-media activity, • Move vehicles and assist with paperwork runs, keys, supplies, and general dealership needs, • Stay on top of Sales and Management when something is still needed to complete a deal, • Make sure important tasks are completed—not simply started Who We're Looking For You should be: • Highly organized and detail-focused, • Dependable and consistent, • Comfortable managing several open issues at once, • Strong with phone, text, email, and in-person communication, • Comfortable following up repeatedly when something still needs to get done, • Able to work independently without constant supervision, • Willing to hold yourself and others accountable to deadlines, • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, • Willing to help outside a narrow job description when the dealership needs it, • The type of person who notices problems and handles them before management has to ask Automotive dealership, title, finance, F&I, service, accounting, payroll, CRM, DMS, or high-volume administrative experience is preferred.
