Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure smooth operations across multiple initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable coordinating tasks, timelines, and communication across departments. Responsibilities: • Coordinate project activities, track timelines, monitor deliverables, and maintain status updates for ongoing initiatives., • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant stakeholders., • Assist with compiling project documentation, reports, presentations, and supporting materials., • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, project calendars, and shared files to ensure information is accurate and accessible., • Support project leads with scheduling, task management, and communications to ensure deadlines are met., • Handle general administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry, document management, and workflow support., • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating requests and routing information as needed., • Assist with vendor coordination, gathering quotes, tracking invoices, and supporting procurement-related tasks where applicable., • Monitor project progress and flag potential issues or delays for timely resolution., • Provide ad hoc support on special initiatives, research, and operational tasks as assigned.Qualifications:, • 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience; staffing, services, operations, or corporate office environments preferred., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
