Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Provide administrative supervision to a dynamic team of residential staff providing housing and services to people with psychiatric disabilities. Responsible for the overall functioning of the programs and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state and federal regulations. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in human services, Master's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years supervisory experience in a mental health related field. Knowledge of the needs of the Co-Occurring D/O population. Minimum of two years of experience in a residential program and familiarity with Office of Mental Health regulations strongly preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee and supervise all aspects of assigned residential programs and assure that appropriate and necessary services are delivered., • Ensure all program guidelines, protocols, policies, procedures and regulations are followed., • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of residential staff under the supervision of the Asst. Job Description Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for your region support area, the Patient Services Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and resolving patient grievances and providing conflict management techniques to dialysis providers in order to avert involuntary discharges and access to care issues. The Patient Services Specialist serves as a first level patient advocate for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) dialysis patients and a resource for all outpatient dialysis providers on any ESRD patient questions or concerns. QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree in related field plus one year of related Human Resources experience, or some college plus two years related experience in Human Resources required. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and a demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use pivot tables, formulas and data analytic tools are required.
