Who You Are • Calm, communicative, and highly efficient, • A team player who is eager and ready to learn, • Patient, people-first, and friendly, • Comfortable working across generations, • Hands-on and present on the floor What You Do • Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, pastries, and specialty drinks following established recipes and health standards., • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, following established recipes and health standards., • Operate Square POS (Point of Sale) system as well as cash register., • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent customer service., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including proper food handling and beverage preparation practices., • Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Experience and Requirements • Food Protection Certification required!, • Previous barista experience or food service background required, • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests., • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing., • Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, busy environment., • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures within a food service setting., • Fluent Spanish is a plus!
